cancellation Policy
To ensure availability for all patients, we kindly request at least a 24-hour notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. A $50 missed appointment fee may be assessed if proper notice is not given, which must be paid before rescheduling. Patients with more than three late cancellations or no-shows may be dismissed.
