  • We provide dental care from ages 5+.

  • For your first appointment please provide your Driver’s License, Dental Insurance information, and list of medications.

  • Your first visit will be catered to your specific needs.

    Typically, we reserve about an hour for you to meet with the dentist, discuss your goals, and receive a comprehensive exam, which may include an oral cancer screening, digital X-rays, and intraoral photos.

    The dentist will explain their findings and make recommendations for treatment.

    Your cleaning will be performed at this visit, or at a subsequent visit, depending on your needs. 

  • We request that you give us 24 hours' notice to reschedule an appointment. A missed appointment fee of $50 may be assessed if a 24-hour notice is not given for changing or canceling a reserved appointment. The cancellation fee must be paid before rescheduling the failed appointment. If more than three appointments are cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or are no-shows, you may be dismissed as a patient. Download a copy of our Cancellation Policy here.
